Reporting copyright infringement

6. Your physical or electronic signature

Our process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the party responsible where appropriate. We may restore material if we receive a valid counter-notice.

Counter-notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice including the same contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts.

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for repeat infringers where appropriate.
